What size is Baby D-Lish?
Two days early, but it's the last in-belly estimate....

It's finally a watermelon! From thebump:
At week 37, your pregnancy is considered full term, meaning baby is likely to thrive after birth. Baby spends these last weeks in preparation for the outside world… meaning careful refinement of the blink, suck, inhale and exhale. Meconium, which you’ll probably find in the first diaper, is accumulating in the intestines. If (okay, as) you worry about giving birth, consider what it’s like for the little one. During the journey out of your womb, baby will produce more stress hormones than any other time in life.

Stretch marks suck.
That is all.
(I think I would have been more OK with them had I gotten them earlier in the pregnancy - being in the homestretch and getting them is like, placing second in a race that you dominated the whole time and then suddenly lost to someone who came out of nowhere).
Ugh. I'm going to go slather myself with all sorts of pregnancy products for the next 3-4 weeks in hopes that they will not grow or, maybe?, go away!?

And the polls are in....
According to you all, I am ....
having a boy (66%)
who will be born somewhere between Aug. 6 and 13 (46%)
and will be average-sized (20%).
Love the six of you who told me Baby D would be a holy cow big baby(what!! do I really look that big??)
Also love the 12 of you who think Baby D is coming after Aug. 13 - that's what I'm hoping for!!

Pictures, pictures, pictures
I uploaded some pictures to Flickr tonight:
1. Work shower (from June 12!)
2. Belly and sonogram pictures (randoms, most have been posted here before.)
3. Added a folder for "other stuff": gifts, nursery, fun things we see and do. More to be added as we go.
